We deliver worldwide

We aim to dispatch goods within 48
hours of order receipt

Orders are usually dispatched
either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. In instances
where the couriers
require a signature they operate between 9am and
5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address
where someone will be available to sign for your
goods between these hours. Please contact us if
you wish to make arrangements for delivery outside
these times.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Returns
Breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us
within 48 hours of delivery.

returns@coralstone.co.uk for a returns number.
Subject to inspection the cost of the damaged goods and
postage will be refunded less any admin charge applied
by PayPal.
No returns will be processed without a returns note
number.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they
reach Coral Stone and Bead Company.
Individual cases can be dealt with on their own merits
at the discretion of Coral Stone & Bead Co.
